FBS opens its own database

We are developing and striving to improve the quality of the services we provide. To do this, our leadership decided to create its own base. In Almaty, on an area of 1875 sq.m., the base of the FBS company will be located. This is a large three-story building, fully equipped for the work of the company's engineers. It will accommodate employees of the service department and field service. On this so-called "polygon", our specialists will be able to carry out repairs, launch and test equipment. We will have our own warehouse for storing equipment, components and spare parts. This base will allow our service center to become a self-sufficient project! Thus, we will not need to rent additional warehouses for equipment storage. Our own storage and the availability of the necessary spare parts will save us from the need to order each necessary part separately and wait for spare parts from the factory for several months. Now service and post-warranty maintenance will be carried out even faster!

FBS Digital Office

FBS LLP continues to implement large-scale projects for the digitalization of offices for Kazpost JSC. Thus, digital offices of Kazpost operate in six cities of the Republic. The first innovation office appeared in Astana at the end of 2017, the second - In Almaty, the third city where the novelty appeared was Karaganda. Then there were the cities of Aktobe, Shymkent, Kostanay. Astana businessmen were the first to evaluate the Electronic Cashier system. The digitalization of the financial sector simplifies the task for a businessman. Now it is enough for him to come to the digital branch and put money on his card for a small commission. The "Cashier" will automatically count all the money, arrange it into banknotes and issue a check on the completed operation. Equipment is able to store up to 100 million tenge at a time. Thus, the electronic system replaces collection services. Unlike banks, which are open until 18:00, the digital office continues to work until 22:00. Also, residents of the city can use the services of a hybrid ATM. The key feature of such hybrid ATMs is that they are able to produce a plastic card for online stores in three minutes. In addition, through hybrid ATMs, you can pay utility bills, loans, fines, taxes. There is a call center that advises consumers online. “Office of the Future” from FBS LLP is an office where visitors will be served by cars. Visitors can already appreciate the digitalization of the post office of Kazpost: receive and send parcels through the post office, make money transfers and purchases in online stores through the online service and the post.kz website. Now visitors are served by robots and innovative technology. Robots recognize faces and answer questions about the work of the Kazpost branch. They also dance, high-five and tell jokes. We are not going to stop there. Gradually, step by step, we will introduce digital technologies throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan!

First digital office

On December 15, 2017, Kazpost JSC, together with Four banking solutions LLP, opened the first digital office in Astana. Services in the office of the future are provided by an electronic cashier, hybrid ATMs, a postal machine and a VR agent. The office was presented to the first guests, led by Deputy Prime Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev, a promobot named Kuanysh Kazpost has long established itself as a conductor of the most modern technological solutions that allow prompt and high-quality customer service. Already today we are creating the digital future of our country by opening departments where people will be served by cars,” said Saken Sarsenov, head of Kazpost. Now Kazakhstanis will be able to independently receive postal and financial services, make purchases in online stores, send and receive parcels at parcel lockers, as well as use the full range of site services, including money transfers, payment of utility bills, fines for traffic violations, purchase of air and train tickets and much more. Electronic cashiers will replace the services of banks and collectors. You just need to come to the branch and top up your card. Equipment accepts up to 100 million tenge at a time. The system itself counts money and makes a denomination layout, and at the end of the operation, a check will be issued to the client. In the same way, an electronic cashier works with cash withdrawals. The hybrid ATM is another unique device that works like a full-fledged post office. It will help customers order and receive a payment card, and in the near future, after connecting biometric verification, withdraw cash from a card account without the card itself. In addition to the hybrid ATM, the digital office features classic ATMs and payment terminals with the ability to pay fines and automatically remove restrictions on traveling abroad. Customers can check the existence of debt by entering the IIN and make payment. Within five minutes, information about the payment of the client's debt is transferred to the database of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and after 30 minutes the restriction on leaving the country is lifted. Such terminals have already been installed at eight airports in the country. Another 120 such terminals will be placed in cities next year.

Presentation of digital office in Kostanay.

On November 30, 2018, Akim of Kostanay region Archimedes Mukhambetov was presented with a digital office with a parcel supermarket, which opened in Kostanay on the eve of the First President's Day. They demonstrated the operation of a hybrid ATM and a robot consultant. Kostanay is the sixth city in which we open our “branches of the future”. Here, visitors are served not by operators, but by robots, and all services here can be obtained independently, from paying utility bills to receiving a payment card and sending parcels.
